To access, you must first be a valid CNI Distributor. Login to www.cnimall2u.com, go to the login panel found at the top right corner of the homepage, and key in your Distributor ID and ePin to access the distributor-secured site.
2) Do I need to login every time I want to place an order?
Yes, otherwise you will not be able make any purchases.

1) How do I add items to my shopping cart?
You can add items by using the search engine or browsing through our user-friendly product categories to help you find what you need. Just click on the
button to add the item(s) you wish to buy to your shopping cart. Here, you can also make changes to the quantity of items, remove any items, empty your shopping cart, continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
2) How can I delete an unwanted item from my shopping cart?
You can remove an unwanted item from your shopping cart by clicking on the remove button at the far right of each displayed item.
3) Can I have more than one item in a Shopping Cart?
Yes, just click "Continue Shopping" and then continue to shop.
4) Is the ordering process secure?

5) What payment methods do you accept?

You will need to provide the credit card’s name, card number, expiry date, type of credit card and the last 3 digits of the card.
3) What amount can I pay through the Online Credit Centre?
You may pay any amount up to your current balance.
4) Can I make a payment immediately after enrolling?
Yes. You can make a payment, provided it is not greater than your current balance.
5) Can I stop payment on my online payment?
Yes, but only if your online payment is pending or has not been processed.
6) What should I do when the message “3D AUTHENTICATION FAILED TO SUBMIT, MAY BE DUE TO SYSTEM ERROR” is displayed at the payment part?
You will have to call the credit card issuer bank to get permission for 3D cardholders. If the problem persists, please press "Print Screen" on the problem and send it to cs@cnimall2u.com. We will find the root cause and advise you accordingly.
7) Why is my payment rejected?
There are a few possibilities:
- Insufficient fund
- Expired card
- Invalid account number
- Issuer bank unavailable on that moment
